Hungarian cuisine is distinguished by the fact that you will hardly find any dietary dishes in it, and we do not need them. Since we undertake to cook meat, there should be a lot of it and it should be tasty. We start preparing for the preparation of a delicious and nutritious Hungarian dish called paprikash.
It is necessary
- Chicken - 1-1.5 kg
- Several beef or pork bones
- Smoked bacon - 100 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Ground sweet pepper - to taste
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Greens to taste

Step 1
The first thing we do is boil the bone broth. You shouldn't take any expensive meat for him. An ordinary soup set that costs a penny. Cook for a long time, at least 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 2
Next, we will take with you a young, but rather plump chicken. Let's cut it into 7-9 pieces. Then blot with a dry towel. That's it, she is waiting, and we are dealing with the bow.
Step 3
We take smoked homemade bacon and cut it into cubes, heat it a little in a frying pan. Then fry the onion on it until golden brown, chopped or grated. Of course, you have to cry, but it's worth it.
Step 4
Sprinkle all this nice mixture with ground paprika and put the cut chicken on top. Salt, lightly fry.
Step 5
We have just ripened a wonderful broth, with which we fill our main dish. After the performed procedures, we close the lid and simmer until soft, not forgetting, of course, to sometimes turn our chicken over.
Step 6
When it is almost ready, pour sweet thick sour cream and boil again.
Of course, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.
Serve hot.
As a side dish, you can cook dumplings, or you can also cook traditional boiled or oven-baked potatoes.
