Unusual paprikash made from aromatic forest mushrooms with cream will decorate any side dish. For cooking, you need chanterelles and butter. You can buy fresh frozen, the main thing is to rinse the defrosted mushrooms well and drain them in a colander.

It is necessary

  • - 300 g of oil;
  • - 280 g of chanterelles;
  • - 1 onion onion;
  • - 1, 5 Art. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;

  • - 2 egg yolks;
  • - 30 g of corn flour;
  • - 2/3 cup cream.
