This cake is interesting for its unusual combination of products. Cherries and peppers in chocolate dough can warm you on cold evenings and become a wonderful dish for both everyday and festive tables. The addition of pepper to this pie is its spicy highlight.
It is necessary
- - 60 g flour;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 1/5 bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 2 tsp cocoa;
- -1/2 Art. frozen cherries;
- - 5 peas of pink pepper;
- - 0.5 cm from chili pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the dough, you need to divide the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a water bath. Then add butter to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.

While the chocolate mass was being prepared, the cherry had already thawed, and now you need to drain the excess juice from it.
Step 3
If chili pepper is used for cooking, then it must be finely chopped. If there is no fresh pepper, you can replace it with powder. Grind pink peppercorns and add everything to the sugar, mix.
Step 4
Mix the eggs with vanilla sugar, then add the sugar and pepper mixture there. Beat the resulting mass until a voluminous fluffy mass is obtained.
Step 5
Mix the beaten eggs well with flour and chocolate mixture. Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with butter and a little cocoa.
Step 6
Pour the prepared dough into the form and put the cherries on top. Put the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35-45 minutes.
