Prepare for yourself and your loved ones a roll of dried fruits and berries - a natural, healthy and, moreover, surprisingly tasty delicacy. This dessert will impress even gourmets. In addition, such a berry-fruit roll is a great option for replacing sweets and cakes that are not very healthy for the figure and health.
Wash four hundred grams of dried apricots and two hundred grams of prunes, remove debris, bones, if any. Soak them for half an hour in boiled water. Pass the slightly softened dried fruits through a meat grinder into separate cups. Add a tablespoon of grated strawberries and blueberries to the prunes and mix thoroughly. Berries can be used both fresh and frozen. In the absence of these particular species, it can be replaced with others, for example, raspberries.
Peel walnuts from shells and partitions. When buying a cleaned version, it is better to rinse them with water and dry them before using. Grind one hundred grams of nuts in a blender or food processor.
Spread cling film on a baking sheet or just on the table. Put dried apricot gruel on it. The second layer is berry mass with prunes. The final layer consists of nuts. Each layer must be well pressed with a hand or spoon. Pour the layer-by-layer base for the roll evenly with natural honey, you will need three dessert spoons.
Roll up the roll gently. At the same time, hold the edges of the film, and then twist it tightly so that the mass does not fall out. Remove the dried fruit and berry roll in the freezer to solidify. After three to four hours, the healthy and delicious delicacy is ready for use. Serve the berry-fruit roll with nuts with tea, cut into pieces. The dessert can be kept in the freezer for several days.
