To prepare this fragrant lamb dish, you need to take:

- 1 kg of lamb;

- 0.5 kg of eggplant;

- 0.5 kg of tomatoes;

- 100 g of onions;

- 200-300 g of bell pepper;

- 50 g of parsley;

- 50 g of basil;

- 1 head of garlic;

- condiments;

- salt.

Rinse the fatty lamb in cold water and cut into pieces. Wash, dry, peel and cut eggplants, very ripe tomatoes, onions and bell peppers.

Place prepared vegetables and meat in pots, add chopped herbs (parsley and basil), garlic and seasonings to taste (Provencal herbs, nutmeg, thyme, rosemary), filling the dishes to the top.

Place the pots in the oven and bake at 200 ° C. After about half an hour, lower the temperature to 180 ° C and keep the dish in the oven until tender for an hour and a half.

To prepare a dish according to this recipe, you will need:

- 1 kg of ribs;

- 0.5 liters of dry red wine.

Rinse the ribs, dry with a paper towel and cut at the joints (approximately 2-3 ribs are taken per serving). Fold in a deep bowl, cover with dry red wine and set for 30 minutes in a cool place to marinate.

After this time, spread the marinated lamb ribs on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 40 minutes.

Once the ribs are baked, serve them with a hot sweet sauce and fresh homemade cakes (tortillas or herb rolls). Fresh vegetables and fruits will go well with this dish. You can drink lamb baked in the oven not only with dry wine, but also with juices: apple, orange, grapefruit.

To prepare lamb for the festive table you will need:

- 1 kg of lamb loin;

- 4 tbsp. l. mustard;

- 4 cloves of garlic;

- 80 g of wheat bread;

- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;

- 200 g lingonberries;

- 1 bunch of parsley;

- 1 bunch of coriander;

- ground pepper;

-salt.

For garnish:

- 1.5 kg of vegetables (carrots, pumpkin, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes).

- olive oil.

Rinse the lamb and carefully remove the fat with a knife. Cut the meat into 2 pieces, rub each with a mixture of pepper and salt. Melt the fat in a deep frying pan and fry the lamb in it (5 minutes on each side).

Grind the bread, garlic and herbs in a blender. Add olive oil, salt, season with pepper and mix thoroughly.

Grease the fried pieces of lamb with mustard and the prepared mixture, put on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for half an hour. Then place the lingonberries on a baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes.

After this time, cover the finished lamb with foil. Wash and peel the vegetables to be garnished, cut into medium-sized pieces and place on a baking sheet. Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
