It is necessary
- - 300 g of lamb,
- - 400 g potatoes,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - thyme to taste,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - 0.5 tsp of black ground pepper,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat well, dry it, cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into medium cubes.
Step 3
Add vegetable oil to peeled potatoes, season with salt and black pepper, stir. If desired, you can add finely chopped onions to the potatoes.
Step 4
Divide the potatoes in oil in the pots. You can prepare a dish in one large pot, see for taste preferences. The recipe is for 2 small pots. Put pieces of lamb on the potato layer, pepper and salt to taste. Instead of lamb, you can easily use any other meat (pork, beef or chicken).
Step 5
Chop the cloves of garlic in any convenient way. Place the garlic in each pot and add a sprig of thyme. Cover the pots with lids.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roast meat and potatoes for 1 hour. Remove the finished pots with meat and potatoes from the oven, leave for 10-15 minutes, then garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley or dill, serve with sour cream.
