Step 1
Heat 100 ml of cream to a temperature of 90 degrees, place 150 grams of chopped chocolate in them and after two minutes mix the arrogance thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency. Cool down.

Add butter and yogurt to the cooled mass and mix. You can use the mixer by setting it to the first speed setting.

Beat eggs lightly with a fork and add salt and sugar to them. Combine both mixtures.

Add natural and instant coffee, add flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix. Add cherries and liqueur.
