In summer, it is a pleasure to enjoy a delicious ice cream cake with fresh cherries! Of course, it will take two hours to prepare a treat, but sometimes you can treat yourself and your loved ones to such a delicate refreshing dessert.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of cherries;
- - 4 glasses of vanilla ice cream (the volume of glasses is 250 ml);
- - 1, 5 cups biscuit crumbs;
- - 0.25 cups of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter, honey, cornstarch, brandy.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cherries, set aside a few berries, remove the seeds from the rest. Put cherries, sugar, starch in a saucepan, pour in brandy and a third of a glass of water. Bring to a boil, cook for two minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
Step 2
Mix honey and melted butter separately, add biscuit crumbs, mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture over the bottom of the baking dish, pressing down and creating sides. Bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees. Chill the ice cream cake base completely.
Step 3
Grind the cherry mixture until smooth in a blender, leave half a glass of puree to decorate the finished dessert, put the rest in a container and refrigerate in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Put ice cream in a large bowl, mash with a fork, beat with a mixer until smooth, add cherry puree from the refrigerator and brandy, stir. Place this mixture over the base of the cake. Stir gently in a circle to create a spiral pattern. Cover, put in the freezer to harden. Garnish the finished cherry ice cream cake with the leftover cherry puree and whole cherries before serving.
