Unpretentious, but very tasty puff pastry curls will surprise you with a rich taste and light texture!
It is necessary
- - 600 g of puff pastry;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 300 g of your favorite fresh berries;
- - 100 g of chocolate (dark or milk - to taste);
- - 200 g of condensed milk.
Instructions
Step 1
We take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens. We rub the chocolate on a coarse grater and pour in a little, about 30 g, for decoration.
Step 2
Roll out the layers of puff pastry into rectangles. Apply softened butter on top with a brush and sprinkle evenly with chocolate. Put the berries on top of the chocolate layer and sprinkle everything with sugar. Roll up and cut into "wheels" 3-4 cm thick.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with butter or line with parchment paper. We heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the future buns there for half an hour.
Step 4
While still hot, cover the finished puffs (again, with a brush) with a layer of condensed milk and sprinkle with the remaining grated chocolate.
