Meat curls can be served as a second course with a side dish, or you can make an original buffet appetizer out of them. For the second option, it is enough to use decorative skewers and decorations in the form of lettuce leaves, fresh herbs or vegetables.
It is necessary
- - basil greens
- - vegetable oil
- - 5-6 pork schnitzels
- - 100 g of curd cheese
- - ground black pepper
- - salt
- - 5-6 slices of smoked ham
Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly chop the basil leaves, first separating them from the branches. Beat the schnitzels with a meat hammer, rub with salt and black pepper on both sides. Optionally, you can replace pork schnitzels with any other meat or minced meat.
Step 2
Spread the meat blanks with an even layer of curd cheese, lay out the chopped basil leaves and lay out one thin plate of smoked ham. Wrap the schnitzels in rolls and cut into pieces no more than 2 cm thick. Pierce the resulting curls with a skewer so that their edges are tightly fixed.
Step 3
Without removing the wooden sticks, place the schnitzels in the pan. Fry the blanks on both sides in vegetable oil until a crust forms. The curls can be served on the table in the form of "kebabs" on sticks or as a hot dish with a vegetable addition.
