You can make such a puff every day, because it takes only 30 minutes to cook.
It is necessary
- - 3 glasses of flour;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - vanilla sugar;
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 250 g of milk;
- - red currant (can be replaced with any berries).
Instructions
Step 1
Add milk and 1 egg to lightly melted butter. Mix everything thoroughly or beat into a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Mix flour with salt, sugar, add yeast if desired. Combine the two mixtures into one and mix thoroughly. Take a cold bath - pour cold water into a saucepan. Place the dough in a food bag and immerse in water for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle the dough with a little flour. Divide in two and place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. While the dough is cooking, pay attention to the filling for the puff.
Step 4
Mash cottage cheese with a fork, add 1 egg and vanilla (vanilla sugar can be used). Mix thoroughly with black currant (or any berries of your choice).
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with vegetable or butter. Roll out a portion of the dough into a small circle and place in an even layer in the mold. Spread the filling over the entire surface of the dough.
Step 6
Roll out another circle of dough and cover the filling with it. Brush the surface of the workpiece with an egg or yolk. To give the dish an original appearance, make long stripes from the remnants of the dough and lay them on the surface of the puff in the form of some kind of composition. Put the pie in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
