  • - 20 g butter;
  • - 250 g of pasty cottage cheese;
  • - 150 g pitted cherries;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. icing sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. candied ginger.

Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the ginger. Berries, if large, are also best cut in half. In the meantime, we put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees and prepare the baking sheet - cover it with parchment.

We mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, ginger and cherries. Cut the filo dough into strips about 5 cm wide. Melt the butter in a microwave oven or in a water bath and grease the strips with a brush.
