Instructions
Step 1
With apples, do the following: Remove the skin and core from the apples. Chop the fruit, then transfer to a separate bowl and combine with lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly. Lemon juice will keep apples from darkening.
Step 2
Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and fry the chopped fruits on it for 5 minutes, remembering to stir them continuously. Then add cinnamon and granulated sugar to the pan. Cook until the apples start to caramel, that is, for a few minutes. Pour brandy or cognac into the mixture and light it. It should burn for about 10-15 seconds.
Step 3
Divide the filo dough sheets into 4 equal parts. Lubricate each strip with butter. Then put 1 teaspoon of fried apples on their edges. Roll into triangles.

Step 4
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the triangles laid out on a greased baking sheet into it for a quarter of an hour. If 15 minutes is not enough, then bake a little longer.
