Vegetables baked with minced meat turn out to be very appetizing and tasty. This juicy dish is quick and easy to prepare.

  • • 700 g of young zucchini;
  • • 300 g of ripe tomatoes;
  • • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • • 400 g minced meat;
  • • 200 g of bell pepper;
  • • 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • • salt and black pepper;
  • • favorite spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Place a frying pan on a hot stove and pour some sunflower oil into it. After it heats up, pour the minced meat into the pan. Fry it over medium heat with regular stirring until cooked. After that, the minced meat must be transferred to a cup and wait until it cools down.

Step 2

The zucchini should be thoroughly washed, and then you need to remove the peel from it and remove all the seeds (if any). After that, the pulp of the zucchini must be cut into thin slices.

Step 3

Put the fried and cooled minced meat on the bottom of the baking dish. Align the layer. Lay the prepared zucchini on top of it in the same even layer. At the same time, do not forget to sprinkle each layer with a small amount of salt and ground black pepper.

Step 4

The bell peppers should be washed, the stalk, testis and all seeds removed. Next, cut the pepper into small pieces. Wash ripe tomatoes and cut them into thin slices using a sharp knife.

Step 5

Spread the prepared bell peppers and tomatoes evenly over the zucchini. Then sprinkle everything with spices and evenly distribute sour cream and chopped herbs.

Step 6

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. The dish will be ready in about 60 minutes. When there are 10 minutes left before the end of cooking, the form should be taken out, and its contents should be sprinkled with cheese previously chopped on a coarse grater.
