- 1/2 pod of red chili (optional)
- - salt pepper;
- - ground spicy paprika;
- - 50 ml cream (for whipping).
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in the skins. Prepare the potatoes and cut into 1cm cubes. After peeling the onion, chop it finely. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds and septa, rinse and cut into thin strips.
Step 2
Place the olives on a sieve, rinse and cut each in half. You can use a chilli pod if desired. Peel it and, after removing the seeds, cut into thin rings.
Step 3
Heat some vegetable oil in a heat-resistant skillet, lightly fry the potatoes and remove them from the skillet. Put the onion in the pan, simmer until transparent and also put out of the pan. Place bell peppers in a skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Then add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Then add potatoes, olives, onions and chili. Season with salt and pepper and season with ground paprika. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Beat eggs with cream, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the minced meat and potato mixture with the prepared mixture, place on the stove and simmer over low heat until the mixture hardens. Then place the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 200 ° C on the top shelf for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the dish on a cake stand (no rims). Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
