We present to your attention a casserole pie, which looks like a pie when cold, and like a casserole when hot. Your household will undoubtedly appreciate such baked goods.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 small vegetable marrow (young);
- 1 small eggplant;
- 0.2 kg of minced veal;
- 80 g of hard cheese;
- 80 g feta cheese;
- 50 g sour cream (25%);
- salt, black pepper, herbs;
- sunflower oil.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 50 g sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons of corn and wheat flour;
- 1/3 teaspoon baking powder for dough.
Preparation:
- Peel and wash all vegetables for the filling. Cut the zucchini into quarters into rings, the eggplant into rounds, and the onion into small cubes.
- Pour sunflower oil (1 tablespoon) into a frying pan and heat it up.
- Put the eggplant rounds in hot oil and fry them until a little blush. Then add 1 more spoonful of oil, zucchini quarters and ½ part of the onion cubes, fry until tender.
- Put the fried vegetables on a plate and set aside for a while.
- Defrost the minced meat, mash with a fork and put in a frying pan (in vegetable oil). Add the second part of the chopped onion to the minced meat, fry until crisp.
- When the minced meat begins to crumble, pour it over with sour cream, season with salt and pepper, simmer until the sauce thickens, remove from the stove and cool.
- First, soak the cheese thoroughly, then cut into small cubes. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
- Mix the fried vegetables with ½ part of grated hard cheese, cubes of feta cheese and fried minced meat in sour cream sauce.
- Combine and mix all the ingredients for the dough in a separate container.
- Put the dough into the filling and stir in thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the prepared mass into a baking dish, smooth, sprinkle with herbs and the second part of hard cheese, then place in the oven and bake until tender at a temperature of 200 degrees.
- Remove the finished casserole with vegetables and minced meat from the oven, cool slightly, cut and serve with fresh tomatoes.
