Ingredients for the filling:

  • 1 small vegetable marrow (young);
  • 1 small eggplant;
  • 0.2 kg of minced veal;
  • 80 g of hard cheese;
  • 80 g feta cheese;
  • 50 g sour cream (25%);
  • salt, black pepper, herbs;
  • sunflower oil.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • 50 g sour cream;
  • 2 tablespoons of corn and wheat flour;
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking powder for dough.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and wash all vegetables for the filling. Cut the zucchini into quarters into rings, the eggplant into rounds, and the onion into small cubes.
  2. Pour sunflower oil (1 tablespoon) into a frying pan and heat it up.
  3. Put the eggplant rounds in hot oil and fry them until a little blush. Then add 1 more spoonful of oil, zucchini quarters and ½ part of the onion cubes, fry until tender.
  4. Put the fried vegetables on a plate and set aside for a while.
  5. Defrost the minced meat, mash with a fork and put in a frying pan (in vegetable oil). Add the second part of the chopped onion to the minced meat, fry until crisp.
  6. When the minced meat begins to crumble, pour it over with sour cream, season with salt and pepper, simmer until the sauce thickens, remove from the stove and cool.
  7. First, soak the cheese thoroughly, then cut into small cubes. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  8. Mix the fried vegetables with ½ part of grated hard cheese, cubes of feta cheese and fried minced meat in sour cream sauce.
  9. Combine and mix all the ingredients for the dough in a separate container.
  10. Put the dough into the filling and stir in thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  11. Pour the prepared mass into a baking dish, smooth, sprinkle with herbs and the second part of hard cheese, then place in the oven and bake until tender at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  12. Remove the finished casserole with vegetables and minced meat from the oven, cool slightly, cut and serve with fresh tomatoes.
