Baked pumpkin and potatoes with chicken fillet are a hearty dish that tastes great. It is prepared from sweetish pumpkin, nutritious potatoes, melted cheese and chicken fillet.

- - 500 grams of potatoes;
- - 50 grams of cheese;
- - 300 grams of chicken fillet;
- - salt pepper;
- - 400 grams of peeled pumpkin;
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 1 tsp hops-suneli.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut into large enough pieces. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the garlic, cut into thin slices.

Add vegetable oil, suneli hops, pepper, salt to pumpkin and potatoes. Toss vegetables with oil and spices.
Step 3
Put the vegetables in an even layer in a baking dish and put the garlic on top. Wrap the tin in foil.

Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees, put the mold on, cook for 30 to 50 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into slices, place in a container.

Add vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Stir and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Cut the cheese into slices.

Remove the dish from the oven, lay out the meat slices, wrap the foil again. Place in the oven, bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil, put the cheese on the fillet, put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
