Add poppy seeds and semolina to the curd. Before using poppy seeds, pour boiling water over it for 30-40 minutes, then drain the water and squeeze it out. Let the semolina swell a little, leaving it on the table for 10 minutes, filled with warm water.

If the mass nevertheless turned out to be liquid, do not add flour to it, but try to form cheesecakes by rolling in it. Spread out a tablespoon of the mixture and sprinkle with flour. You can use a knife to form more beautiful and smoother curd cakes and diced rolls.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat oil and fry the resulting cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream or jam. Try to use cheesecakes hot, otherwise they will lose their unique taste.
