- - flour - 110 g;

- - milk - 2 tablespoons;
- - butter - 50 g;

Step 1
First, keep the butter at room temperature until it softens. If you don't want to waste time on this, then use the microwave or heat it up with a water bath.
Step 2
In the softened butter, add the following components: raw chicken egg, salt with pepper, as well as milk and hard cheese chopped on a fine grater. Then add wheat flour there. Mix all ingredients together properly. Form the dough obtained in the process of kneading in the form of a sausage, the diameter of which is approximately 3-5 centimeters. After wrapping this figure with cling film, send it to the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Step 3
After the time has passed, after taking it out of the refrigerator, cut the frozen sausage in such a way that you get round figures, the thickness of which is approximately equal to 5 millimeters.
Step 4
Place the resulting figures at some distance from each other on a baking tray, greased with butter and sprinkled with a small amount of wheat flour. Send the future cookies to bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees. I can't say the exact cooking time, since everything depends on the oven. The crunchy cheese crackers are ready!
