Step 1
The cheese should be grated beforehand with large divisions and placed in a separate cup. It is better to use such types of cheese as "Emmental", "Russian", "Gouda", "Camembert", which melt quickly and are excellent as filling.

Mix eggs with milk using a whisk, add cheese. The mass must be of a uniform consistency so that the cheese can be well distributed over the surface of the pita bread.

Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil, put the first layer of pita bread, on which the filling should be laid out with a spoon. Next, cover the filling with another sheet of pita bread and press lightly with your hands, leaving a small space between the layers.

Lay out the sheets of pita bread, alternating with a mass of milk, eggs and cheese. The thinner the pita bread, the tastier the dish will turn out. The number of layers depends on the desired cake thickness. Remember to sprinkle each layer with chopped dill.
Step 5
As a result, anoint the last layer of pita bread with butter and place in the oven for baking. Watch the temperature carefully, as the lavash dough is very thin and can burn quickly. When a crust begins to appear on the surface, turn off the oven and leave the cake for a while.
