Ingredients:

• thin pita bread - 3 sheets

• meat (beef is better, but you can take any according to your taste) - 400 g

• kefir - 1, 5 glasses

• egg - 1 pc.

• cheese - 200 g

• carrots - 1 pc.

• onion - 1 head

• greens to taste

Preparation:

First, grind the meat. We grind it on a combine or pass it through a meat grinder, you can take ready-made minced meat if you are sure of its quality.

Fry the resulting minced meat in a small amount of vegetable oil and leave to cool slightly.

At this time, lay out the form with pita bread. We spread the pita bread in such a way that its edges overlap the sides of the form. It is better to take two sheets of pita bread, lay them on top of each other at the bottom so that half of each sheet lies at the bottom, and the other half extends beyond the edges of the form.

Mix the cooled minced meat with chopped vegetables, herbs and grated cheese. We spread half of this mass on pita bread. Stir kefir with an egg.
