There are many recipes using Armenian thin lavash. One of them is curd rolls with raisins and banana. This is a delicious, satisfying and healthy snack for the whole family that is very easy to prepare.

- - 1 Armenian lavash
- - soft cottage cheese 200-250 grams
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 large banana
- - 100 grams of raisins
- - 1 packet of vanillin
- - 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Put all the raisins in a cup and pour hot water over it for 15 minutes. Or put the cup in a microwave oven for 1 minute at the highest temperature. The raisins should swell and soften. Cut the banana into thin rings and set aside.
Step 2
Add eggs, sugar, vanillin to the curd and mix everything very thoroughly. The consistency should be thick but drip off the spoon.
Step 3
Spread the lavash on the table and spread with cottage cheese first. The layer of curd and egg mass should not be very thick, about 0.5 cm. Put banana rings on top and sprinkle with swollen raisins.
Step 4
Gently roll the pita bread into a roll. Perhaps the cottage cheese will crawl out a little over the edges, but this is not scary. Let it be as it is. Transfer the roll to a baking sheet, which does not need to be oiled.
Step 5
Put a baking sheet in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees and bake the roll for about 25 minutes. The main thing is that the curd grabbed, which was mixed with the egg. After the specified time, allow the roll to cool and cut into pieces. It's ready to eat!
