  • - 500 g fat-free cottage cheese;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 large bunch of dill;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 egg yolk for brushing;
  • - a large pinch of salt;
  • - raw white sesame seeds.

Instructions

Step 1

Stir the cottage cheese, raw chicken egg and salt, mash thoroughly, using a mashed potato crusher. Add chopped dill and garlic, finely chopped or pressed. Stir until smooth.
