When preparing puff pastries with chicken and potatoes, you can use both homemade dough and purchased in advance. The recipe for the dish is simple and is obtained by all housewives, without exception.

- - 300 g chicken fillet;
- - 300 g of potatoes;
- - 100 g onions;
- - salt to taste;
- - pepper to taste.

Step 1
Peel and chop the onion as small as possible. Also cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Potatoes are used raw in cooking - they need to be peeled and cut into about the same chunks as chicken fillets.

Mix the prepared ingredients in a large container: chicken fillet, potatoes, onions. Salt and pepper - to taste. Roll out the dough (if purchased, you must defrost it in advance) roll out not very thinly, about 0.5 cm and divide into equal rectangles.
Step 3
The size of the rectangles is not so important, who likes what size of pies. Fill the dough with prepared chicken and potatoes, carefully close everything up. Pies are baked on a baking sheet pre-oiled (you can use baking paper). The oven should be preheated to 180 - 200 degrees. Baking time 30 minutes.
