Such a roll can be both a decoration of a festive table and an everyday table.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of any meat or ready-made minced meat
- - 100 ml of milk
- - 3 eggs
- - a bunch of green onions
- - onion head
- - 2 slices of white bread
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to boil two eggs and let them cool.
Pieces of white bread are soaked in milk. The meat is passed through a meat grinder, then this minced meat is passed through a meat grinder again, adding unspressed soaked bread and peeled onions to it. If there is already prepared minced meat, then we also pass it through a meat grinder with the addition of bread and onions. Add the remaining raw egg to the minced meat, salt and mix well.
Step 2
Peel the cooled boiled eggs and cut them into small pieces. Chop green onions and mix with chopped egg.
Spread the minced meat evenly on a cling film in a layer about a centimeter thick. Gently distribute the egg and onion mixture over the minced meat. It is necessary to leave about a centimeter of the edge of the minced meat free. Then, using cling film, we form a roll.
Step 3
We place the roll in a mold covered with parchment paper, carefully remove the film. Pour about 50 ml of water into the mold to the roll. With a fork we make several holes on the roll. If necessary, grease it with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We bake the roll in the oven preheated to 180-200 C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
