Today we will make a very quick, tasty, low-cost pie.
It is necessary
- • kefir - 400 g
- • butter - 150 g
- • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- • salt - 0.5 tsp.
- • egg - 2 pcs.
- • flour - 300 g
- • baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- Filling:
- • green onions
- • boiled egg - 2 pcs.
- • salt (to taste)
- • pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the filling. Rinse the green onions well and chop finely.
Fry lightly in a skillet. Place on a plate. Season with salt, pepper, add diced hard-boiled eggs.
Step 2
Cooking the dough. You need to beat the eggs with a blender, add sugar and salt, beat well again, melt butter separately in a cup, add to the resulting mass, pour in kefir, then mix the flour with baking powder and pour into the liquid mixture, mix everything well until smooth.
Step 3
Grease a mold with oil, pour out 2/3 of the dough.
Put the filling in an even layer, pour the remaining dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send our cake. We bake for 20-25 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.
If the cake is ready, then we take it out and let it cool slightly. Cut into pieces and serve. The pie turns out to be good and satisfying.
