With the onset of summer for the preparation of various dishes, we try to use as much greens as possible, for example, dill, parsley, onions. If you are tired of traditional salads and summer soups, then I suggest making a delicious and satisfying pie filled with green onions and eggs.
A multicooker is an indispensable assistant for any housewife. The pies in it turn out to be incredibly tasty, and they take a minimum of time to prepare.
Onion and Egg Quick Pie Recipe
You will need:
- 10 eggs;
- 200 grams of green onions;
- 200 grams of sour cream;
- 200 grams of flour;
- a teaspoon of baking soda;
- a tablespoon of mayonnaise;
- a teaspoon of salt;
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar;
- butter (for greasing the mold);
- pepper (to taste).
Take four eggs (preferably chilled), add a little more than half of the cooked salt, all the sugar and beat everything until smooth (it is better to use a mixer, in this case the cake will be more fluffy and tender). Continuing to beat the eggs, add sour cream and mayonnaise to them, then soda and flour: knead the dough of medium density.
As soon as the dough is ready, peel six boiled eggs from the shell, rinse the green onions in cold water, chop everything, salt, pepper and mix. The pie filling is ready. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, pour half of the cooked dough into it, then pour all the filling, distribute it over the dough and cover with the remaining dough. Place the bowl in a multicooker, close the lid of the kitchen appliance, set the "baking" mode for 45-50 minutes.
