Chicken dishes are always popular. Chicken can be boiled, fried, or chopped. In addition to traditional dishes, you can cook spicy chicken legs in a creamy sauce.

- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - adjika (ready-made spicy) - 2 tsp;

Step 1
Chicken legs (can be replaced with any part of the chicken, except for the wings), rinse with running water, dry with a napkin, sprinkle with salt and pepper, coat with adjika, rubbing lightly. Put the chicken in a bowl and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2
Peel the bulbs and cut each into 4 parts. Melt the butter in a frying pan, wait until it starts to boil, then put onion quarters and fry it lightly. After 3-5 minutes, take out the onion (we will no longer need it), and fry the legs on both sides in fragrant oil until golden brown appears. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
Step 3
Fry the flour in a clean, dry frying pan; it should acquire a golden brown hue. Pour chicken broth into a saucepan (can be made from a cube), add cream, heat the mixture, but do not boil. We taste the sauce and, if necessary, add salt and ground pepper. Peel the garlic and chop finely, if there is a press, you can skip through it. Pour the garlic into the sauce and bring to a boil. Pour flour into the creamy mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly so that no lumps form. In terms of thickness, the sauce should resemble sour cream. Pour the legs with the resulting sauce and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for 30-40 minutes.
