In Italian cuisine, there are many recipes for making mussels. Most often, white wine is used to prepare these seafood. Mussels in white wine broth are an unusually aromatic and tasty dish.

- - 500 g mussels
- - sea salt
- - ground black pepper
- - olive oil
- - 150 g cherry tomatoes
- - 20 g parsley
- - 150 ml of dry white wine
- - thyme
- - 5 cloves of garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Combine olive oil with minced garlic and thyme. Pour the mixture into a frying pan and place the mussels in it. Fry the ingredients over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Pour the white wine over the contents of the skillet immediately.
Step 2
Chop the cherry tomatoes or cut them in half. Finely chop the basil leaves. Add tomatoes and basil to the mussels. Cover the mixture and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Without turning off the heat, add salt and black pepper to taste to the seafood with tomatoes. Simmer the ingredients for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Gently place the cooked mussels on a plate, lightly drizzle with the remaining stock in the pan and season with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
