Many housewives know the recipe for making sweet homemade sausages. But not everyone knows that by adding halva and chocolate to it, you can get an unusual and completely new taste. Halva will be felt in the total mass as sweet crumbly pieces, and chocolate will give the dish a specific aroma.
It is necessary
- - cognac - optional;
- - nuts - optional;
- - butter - 200 g;
- - sunflower halva - 100 g;
- - sugar cookies - 200 g;
- - cocoa - 1 tsp;
- - sugar - 1/4 cup;
- - chocolate - 100 g;
- - milk - 1/3 cup.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar and milk in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cocoa and chocolate. Stir everything well. You don't need to add cocoa, but then the sausage will have a light color.
Step 2
Cook the mixture until the chocolate is melted for 30 seconds. This will be enough to distribute the cocoa evenly. Remove the saucepan from the stove and cool the mixture.
Step 3
Mash the halva, turning it into a large crumb. Grind the cookies so that some of the cookies are chunks. Bring the oil to room temperature. Beat with a mixer along with the chocolate mass.
Step 4
First add halva, stirring with a spoon. Next, add the cookies and stir again. Add some cognac for flavor and nuts if desired. Spread the plastic wrap on the table and put the resulting mass there.
Step 5
Wrap the sweet sausage with chocolate and halva in plastic wrap and roll the ends. Place in the refrigerator to harden. For long-term storage of sweet sausages, use the freezer. Eat a ready-made meal, cut into pieces, along with coffee, tea or cold milk.
