For a change, you can make a biscuit for dessert - this open pie, invented by the French, is easy to prepare, and its taste meets the most sophisticated requirements. And if the dessert is baked from whole grain flour, it is also healthy.
It is necessary
- - Whole grain flour - 250 g;
- - Olive oil - 60 ml;
- - Brown sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - Water - 120 ml;
- - Sea salt - 1 tsp;
- - Any fruits and berries to taste - 2-3 glasses;
- - Sugar, honey and jam - optional;
- - Baking sheet;
- - Parchment for baking;
- - Blender.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare biscuit dough: mix flour with sugar, olive oil and salt in a blender. Then gradually add water there so that the dough gathers in lumps. Then it is better to knead the dough with your hands, then divide into 2 parts and roll out 2 circles with a thickness of about 3 mm.
Step 2
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, put circles of dough on it and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The dough should cool down properly.
Step 3
While the dough is cooling down, we prepare the filling of berries and pieces of fruit - you can take them arbitrarily. We take the dough out of the refrigerator and immediately spread the filling on it, leaving 2 centimeters from the edge. We pinch the dough in a circle, making a half-closed pie. Now you can pour the filling with honey or jam, and lightly grease the dough on top with olive oil.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the biscuit in it for 40-45 minutes, until the dough turns brown. The French pie is now ready.
