Pizza doesn't have to be junk food! Just cook it with healthy ingredients. It will delight you with its excellent taste and, moreover, the content of a minimum of calories.
To make the 1st medium pizza, you will need:

• 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
• Just under half a glass of water
• 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
• A little olive oil (a tablespoon is enough)
• Salt to taste
Additionally (for filling) prepare:
• 1 cup (more if desired) chopped tomatoes
• 2 teaspoons of ketchup or tomato paste
• 1 mozzarella cheese
• A few fresh basil leaves
• Salt, pepper, a bunch of Provencal herbs (preferably, do not skimp, and purchase original ones)
• A little olive oil (a tablespoon is enough)
• 0.5 teaspoon sugar
Pizza making process
1. Stir the products to be dough and knead to a smooth, lump-free dough. The volume of water is indicated only approximate, it depends directly on the absorbency of the flour. Follow the rule that if the dough is cooked correctly, non will not stick to your hands.
2. Leave the dough to rise for at least one hour, while preparing the tomato puree for the filling. Strain the tomatoes from excess water, mix with tomato paste, salt, add Provencal herbs, sugar and olive oil.
3. Roll out the matched dough on a floured surface and transfer to a tray, which has been previously covered with baking paper or greased with olive oil.
4. Before baking, brush the pizza with the tomato mixture, add diced mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves.
