Step 1

Next, take a dish with a fairly deep bottom and place the following ingredients in it: powdered milk, whole grain flour, as well as raw chicken eggs, peeled sunflower seeds, apple cider vinegar, ready-made dough and sunflower oil. Beat the resulting mixture, preferably with a mixer, until smooth. Once you get a homogeneous mass, continue beating it until it begins to thicken.
Step 3
Place the finished and slightly thick dough in a greased bread pan. Spread it over the entire surface so that it lies in an even layer. Then cover the dough with cling film and place in a bowl with warm water or a warm place for about 40-45 minutes.
Step 4
After the specified amount of time has passed, send the future whole grain gluten-free bread to the oven. In it, it should be baked at a temperature of 190 degrees for 60-65 minutes. It is quite easy to determine the readiness of the baking - a brown crust forms on its surface.
Step 5
