Homemade marshmallow with banana is a delicious and light dessert that will impress any sweet tooth. Unlike other confectionery masterpieces, the delicacy practically does not contain fats, but it can boast of useful substances in its composition.
Ingredients:
- Granulated sugar - 700 g;
- Egg white - 1 pc;
- Agar-agar - 8 g;
- Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- Ripe bananas - 2-3 fruits.
Preparation:
- Peeling bananas. We put the pulp in a blender and bring to a puree state, in total we need 250 g.
- Combine fruit puree with sugar in a 1: 1 ratio. Knead thoroughly and leave alone for 10-15 minutes.
- Fill the agar with cool water. Stir, then add the remaining 450 g of granulated sugar.
- We send a saucepan with agar to the stove. We wait for the boil and boil for 5 minutes in the mode of medium fire power. Cool slightly later.
- In mashed potatoes, pounded with sugar, put one chicken protein. Equip yourself with a mixer and beat the banana mass vigorously at high speed. The volume of the composition should increase markedly.
- Pour warm syrup in a thin stream, stir continuously along the way. We continue to beat the base for the marshmallow until thickened - so that the mass becomes airy, we work for at least 10 minutes.
- We transfer the sweet mixture to a pastry bag. We place the curly products on a baking sheet lined with parchment. In room conditions, the marshmallow will freeze for quite a long time - a whole day.
- We combine dried marshmallows. We spread it on a beautiful dish and sprinkle it with sweet powder from the heart. To keep the delicacy from losing its tenderness, store it in an airtight container.
