Rice cookies with marshmallows are not only original, but also a very tasty delicacy. It is easy enough to prepare it. This is what I suggest you do.
It is necessary
- - butter - 125 g;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - wheat flour - 125 g;
- - ginger - 1 teaspoon;
- - rice flour - 45 g;
- - marshmallows - 16 pcs;
- - coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the melted butter in one bowl with granulated sugar and beat. As a result, you should have a fairly lush mass.
Step 2
Combine flour from wheat and rice. Add a teaspoon of ginger to the resulting dry mixture and add to the creamy sugar mass. Stir everything as it should, that is, until smooth. Roll the resulting dough into a ball and place in the refrigerator. It must stay there for at least 20 minutes.
Step 3
When this period of time has passed, remove the dough and turn it into a layer, the thickness of which is 0.5 centimeters.
Step 4
Cut out various figures from the rolled out layer, only their number must certainly be even. Cut a hole in the center of each of these figures. It is convenient to do this using a simple plastic bottle cap.
Step 5
Cover the baking tray with parchment and place the dough figurines on it. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes, that is, until fully cooked.
Step 6
Remove the finished baked goods from the oven and let cool down. Once this happens, place a piece of marshmallow on half of the cookie. In this form, send the dish back to the oven, but only for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
On softened marshmallows, place the remaining baked goods, pressing down lightly. Decorate the dish with coconut flakes. Do all of the above steps very quickly. Rice cookies with marshmallows are ready!
