Tincture is a great drink for any holiday. Infusion of various berries, fruits, vegetables and even herbs on an alcohol basis, with the addition of sugar and other components, and gives us the right to call this drink - a tincture. And cooking it at home provides us with protection from chemicals and flavors.

- Lemon tincture:
- 6 lemons
- 800 gr sugar
- 1.5 l of water
- 3 l of vodka
- Peach tincture:
- 1 kg of peach kernels
- 3 liters of vodka
- 400 gr sugar
- glass of water
- Citrus tincture:
- 100 gr lemon zest
- 100 gr orange peel
- 3 liters of vodka
- 4 glasses of water
- 1 kg sugar
- Fruit and berry tincture:
- 1 liter of vodka
- 100 g orange peel
- 8-10 pcs. carnation
- 1 glass of cherry juice (homemade)
Instructions
Step 1
Lemon tincture. Peel the lemons from the zest, cut it into strips (you can grate it on a coarse grater) and add it to the vodka. Let it brew for 2-3 days. Prepare the syrup. Boil water with sugar for 10-15 minutes and pour into an enamel bowl. Add the filtered vodka infusion to the syrup and mix thoroughly. Pour the lemon tincture into bottles and close the corks. On the third day, it will acquire a beautiful transparent color.
Step 2
Peach tincture. Chop the peach pits and add them to the vodka. Close the container with the infusion tightly with a lid and place on the windowsill for 3-4 weeks. Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water for 10-15 minutes. Mix the syrup with the infusion and strain. Pour the peach liqueur into bottles and close with a tight lid.
Step 3
Citrus tincture. Pour the zest, cut into pieces, with vodka and leave to infuse for 2-3 weeks in a warm place. Prepare the syrup by boiling water and sugar for 20 minutes. Stir the infusion with the sugar syrup and bottle with lids or stoppers.
Step 4
Fruit and berry tincture. Pour the orange zest with vodka, adding cloves to the infusion. Let the resulting mixture brew for 3-4 weeks in a dark place. Add cherry juice to the infusion and mix well. Filter the tincture and bottle it with a tight lid. Leave the drink to infuse for 3-4 months.
