Step 1
Heat the butter a little until it melts, then beat thoroughly.

Beat eggs with sugar and gradually pour in, stirring constantly, hot milk with vanilla sugar dissolved in it.

Put on low heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat, strain and refrigerate.
