- Wheat flour - 150 g

Add milk, eggs to the resulting mixture (butter + sugar), beat everything thoroughly with a mixer. You can also add cocoa and melted chocolate at this stage for a chocolate cupcake.
Step 3
Gradually add flour to the resulting mixture, while constantly stirring the mass. Pour the dough into forms, filling them 2/3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Step 4
You can decorate the cupcake as you like. Classic American cupcakes use buttercream. But if you wish, you can decorate the cake with a cream of whipped whites or cream, and sprinkle on top with a sprinkle of pastry shop
