  • 200 grams of butter
  • 7 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of condensed milk
  • 150 grams of canned peach,
  • peach syrup for impregnation,
  • peanuts for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Preparing the dough for the cake. In a bowl, beat the sugar with eggs, salt and vanilla for five minutes. Add milk and vegetable oil to the whipped mass. Mix and add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well (you can whisk with a whisk) until smooth. You should get a dough that resembles thick sour cream.

Step 2

Lubricate the mold with a piece of butter and pour our dough into it, smooth it well and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. The biscuit can be checked with a toothpick, if ready, then it will be dry. Cut the baked biscuit into two cakes.

Step 3

Preparing the cream for the cake. Beat the cream ingredients well in a large bowl. We should get a homogeneous mass, into which we add 7 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix well.

Step 4

Cut the peaches into small pieces. We take a little less than half of the cream and transfer it to the peaches, mix. Lubricate the bottom cake with peach cream.
