This recipe is very simple, it is based on tender and soft biscuit biscuits. Dessert can look not only like Santa Claus, you can get creative and decorate cookies to your taste. Involve children in the cooking process, they will be fun and interesting!
It is necessary
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
- - 100-120 g flour;
- - white chocolate bar;
- - 50 ml cherry or strawberry jam;
- - 100 g of coconut flakes;
- - sweets or marmalade for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer until fluffy, add baking powder.
Step 2
Sift the flour and gradually add to the egg-sugar mixture, knead not very steep dough.

Fill a piping bag or syringe with dough. If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a regular tight cut-off bag.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with oil and squeeze small round cookies onto it.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 170-180 degrees.

Melt a white chocolate bar in a bain-marie and brush over cooled cookies. Sprinkle coconut around the edge to create a beard, and use strawberry or cherry jam to paint the Santa Claus hats. From candies, marmalade or fruit, make the eyes a nose and a blush.
