    • 2) yolks - 12 pieces;
    • 3) 2 tablespoons of sugar;
    • 4) 1 tablespoon of butter;
    • 5) salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Mash the yolks with sugar until white and add butter, mix everything well. You can also take vegetable oil, it will not spoil the pancakes. Heat the butter first to melt.

Step 2

Pour flour into a bowl, make a funnel in the center and place the prepared yolks there. Begin to knead the dough thoroughly, gradually adding warm milk so that there are no lumps. Then whisk the mixture well, preferably in a mixer. The better the dough is beaten, the more airy and perforated the pancakes will be. The dough should not be too liquid, but spread easily.

Step 3

Preheat a skillet and brush it with a piece of bacon. Then pour the dough with a special pouring spoon or ladle, let it spread quickly and evenly over the pan, shaking it from side to side. Pancakes should be thin, so take no more than 3 tablespoons of dough per pancake, depending on the size of the pan. Bake until golden brown, turning with a spatula.

Step 4

Put the finished pancakes on top of each other, greasing one by one with butter. Serve the black sturgeon caviar separately. The royal treat is ready.

Step 5

If there is no caviar, wrap the filling of boiled meat, twisted in a meat grinder, with fried onions and black pepper in pancakes. Pancakes with mushrooms and cabbage are good. Children love them very much with sweet vanilla curd. But even with tea and jam, egg pancakes are simply delicious.
