It is necessary

  • - Cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • - Banana - 1 pc.;
  • - Semolina - 2-3 tbsp.;
  • - Sugar - 4-5 tablespoons;
  • - Sour cream - 4-6 tablespoons;
  • - Nuts, dried fruits - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix sugar, semolina and cottage cheese until smooth. If the cottage cheese is dry, add a little sour cream to it.

Step 2

Grind the banana with a blender. Add the resulting puree to the mass of cottage cheese and semolina, mix everything together well. If desired, you can add chopped nuts, raisins, dried apricots.

Step 3

Prepare a baking dish - line with foil and butter. Pour the curd-banana mass into the mold. Put the casserole in a preheated oven, cook for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Step 4

When the casserole is ready, take it out and grease the top with sour cream well. Then put the casserole dish in the oven again - for about 20 minutes more.

Step 5

Remove the casserole from the oven, cool it in the form. It will be easier to separate it from the foil when it has cooled down. The cottage cheese and banana casserole is ready.
