To make Lemon Lavender Pudding, you will need:

  • 200 g granulated sugar;
  • 60 g flour;
  • 75 g softened butter;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 120 ml lemon juice;
  • 5 g dried lavender flowers;
  • 1 tsp icing sugar;
  • zest of two lemons.

Cooking lemon pudding

Whisk the softened butter together with granulated sugar using a mixer, add fragrant lavender flowers and lemon zest to the creamy mass, mix all the ingredients well.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks until light foam, add the required amount of milk and lemon juice to them. Add sifted flour, mix well until smooth. Next, combine this mixture with a creamy mass.

Whisk the whites until soft peaks. Next, gently mix the whites into the dough. Transfer the dough to a baking dish. Place the dough mold in another mold, larger in size and filled with hot water. Bake the lemon pudding like this in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 ° C.

Next, cool the lemon pudding with lavender to room temperature, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
