This biscuit will be the perfect base for a sweet roll for tea!
It is necessary
- Biscuit:
- - 4 eggs;
- - 120 g of sugar;
- - 120 g flour.
- Cream:
- - 500 g sour cream;
- - 5 tbsp. powdered sugar;
- - a few drops of vanilla essence.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine eggs with sugar in a mixer bowl. Turn it on at high speed and beat for at least 5 minutes to make the mass fluffy and fluffy. The sugar must be completely dispersed!
Step 2
While the eggs are beating, line the baking sheet with baking paper. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees.
Step 3
Sift the flour into the egg mixture and mix until smooth with a spatula. Then transfer the dough to a prepared baking sheet. Place in oven for about 15 minutes. Check readiness with a standard wooden stick.
Step 4
Turn the finished biscuit on a towel and roll (without removing the baking paper) so that it cools in this state.
Step 5
While the roll is cooling, beat the sour cream with sugar until fluffy. Add a few drops of vanilla and stir.
Step 6
Unfold the roll and remove the paper. Spread over the biscuit and wrap it back. Refrigerate for a few hours to soak. Decorate for serving as desired (eg icing).
