It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - an egg;

- - 200 g of carrots;

- - 1 teaspoon of butter;
- - 200 g flour;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve to make the curd cakes more fluffy and softer. Add egg, sugar and salt to it. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Peel and grate the carrots, add melted butter and warm water. Stir everything thoroughly and add to the curd mass.
Step 3
Add flour and stir well again. Then form them into small balls of curd dough and flatten them a little.
Step 4
Gently roll the cheesecakes in flour and fry until golden brown on both sides in heated vegetable oil. Serve the prepared cheesecakes hot and always with sour cream.
