Mushroom potatoes are a very popular dish! It can be cooked in a pan, in the oven, in a sleeve, in foil. One of the tasty options is potatoes cooked in wine and then baked with mushrooms.

- - fresh mushrooms 200 g;
- - garlic 2 cloves;
- - dry white wine 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - 3/4 cup milk;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - butter 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into thin slices or slices. Put potatoes in a saucepan, pour milk, wine, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Peel the garlic, cut into pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic in it. Then add the mushrooms, cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously.
