  • For the test:
  • - flour - 75 g;
  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - sugar -125 g;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
  • - chocolate - 50 g;
  • - salt - 1 pinch;
  • - soda - 1/5 teaspoon.
  • - water - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • For glaze:
  • - butter - 20 g;
  • - icing sugar - 150 g;
  • - cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - water - 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • For decoration:
  • - nuts, chocolate or butter cream.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash the eggs and carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Pour 100 g of sugar, a little salt and vanilla sugar to the yolks. Rub thoroughly to a foamy mass, gradually pouring in 3 tablespoons of water. Beat the whites, and, gradually adding the rest of the sugar, bring them to stable peaks. Then we put the whites on the yolk mass.

Step 2

Grind the chocolate into small pieces. Sift the flour, mix it with baking soda and pour it into a bowl with whites and yolks. Stir the dough with careful movements from top to bottom, adding pieces of chocolate to it.

Step 3

Line the baking dish with baking paper and grease with oil. Pour the dough in a thin layer and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden yellow blush, checking the readiness with a splinter.

Step 4

For the glaze, mix the icing sugar with cocoa powder and sift the mixture through a sieve. We bring the water to a hot state, melt the oil. Pour the cocoa and sugar mixture into the water, stirring and breaking the lumps. When the liquid becomes homogeneous, pour the melted butter into it.

Step 5

Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and immediately cover with chocolate icing. Then we cut it into small pieces - strips, triangles or squares. Decorate each piece with grated chocolate, nuts or coconut.

Step 6

For a festive table, you can decorate the cakes with butter cream. It is prepared very simply: 100 g of butter are whipped with a mixer until a creamy consistency, in the process 5 tablespoons of condensed milk are gradually added. Use a cornet or pastry syringe to create an elegant decoration.
