- 3/4 cup soft peanut butter

Step 1
First you need to prepare the filling. To do this, take a large bowl and whisk the peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, vanillin, and salt in a bowl until smooth.

Now we are preparing the brownie dough. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stir constantly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then add granulated sugar, eggs one at a time, then vanilla and salt. Next, add the flour and stir with a spoon or rubber spatula.

Then cover the bottom of the mold with a thin layer of dough (about 1/3 of the total dough). You will need a 20 cm diameter square baking dish, oiled or covered with parchment paper.

Spread the finished filling on top and then apply the rest of the dough.

Now you should make arbitrary patterns from the dough and filling as shown in the photo.

Then sprinkle with chocolate drops on top.

Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry. Do not overdo it or the brownie will become dry and tasteless.

Brownies keep great at room temperature, in the refrigerator or even in the freezer.
