All sweet tooth loves chocolate cake. It turns out you can make a simple chocolate cake with cocoa at home! This is a delicious sweetness that will impress neither children nor adults. Plus, the homemade version of this dessert is high quality and rich in flavor!
It is necessary
- - condensed milk 1 can;
- - cocoa powder "Golden Label";
- - granulated sugar 1 glass;
- - butter 1 pack;
- - wheat flour of the highest grade 1 glass;
- - soda and vinegar;
- - vegetable oil;
- - sour cream 25% 1 bank;
- - eggs 2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Stir and thoroughly grind two raw eggs with sugar. You should get a homogeneous mass of light color.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk, sour cream and add cocoa there. Add cocoa gradually so that no lumps form.

Combine the mass with the product from step one. Stir very thoroughly again.
Step 4
Quench half a teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of vinegar. Stir in a glass of flour, trying to distribute the baking soda and vinegar as evenly as possible.

Add flour and baking soda to the mixture obtained by mixing ground eggs and sour cream with cocoa. Prepare the dough.
Step 6
Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts. Pour one of the parts into a mold lined with paper. Pre-coat the paper with oil. Put the resulting workpiece in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 170 degrees.
Step 7
Now prepare the cream. Mix a packet of butter with half a can of condensed milk and add cocoa. Stir the mixture thoroughly until an even milk chocolate color is obtained. Refrigerate for several hours.
Step 8
Then put the second crust in the oven, similar to the first, and bake under the same conditions.
Step 9
After cooling, soak the first cake with sugar syrup and leave to soak, covered with a clean towel. Repeat the same action with the second cake.
Step 10
Now take the cream from the fridge and spread the cakes evenly. You should have a smooth and neat chocolate cake! It remains to stand it in the refrigerator for 12-20 hours and can be served on the table.
