There are times when you really want to bake something sweet, but there is no milk, no sour cream, or eggs at hand. This chocolate cake will solve the problem, because you don't need these products at all to make it.
- about 1.5 tbsp flour
- 180 grams of sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- a couple of teaspoons of coffee (instant)
- one teaspoon of baking soda
- a quarter glass of vegetable oil
- about a glass of water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanillin
- a little salt
- a tablespoon of lemon juice (can be substituted for wine or apple cider vinegar)
1. Beat butter, vinegar, sugar, water and coffee until sugar dissolves.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the bulk products: flour, salt, cocoa, soda and vanillin.
3. Combine both mixtures and mix well so that there are no lumps of flour.
4. Grease a baking dish with any oil, and sprinkle the bottom with flour or semolina.
5. Pour the chocolate dough into a mold and place in a preheated oven.
6. You can bake a chocolate cake at a temperature of 170 to 200 degrees. Enough 35 minutes.
7. The pie is best served chilled (hot, it is hard to cut and not so tasty).
You can decorate the cake with anything: any icing or cream, condensed milk or grated chocolate. The absence of sour cream and eggs in the recipe absolutely does not spoil the taste of the cake, it turns out to be very tender and soft.
